Indoor air quality solutions
Dry winter air, dust that comes back the day after you clean, allergies that never quite leave the house — most of it is fixable at the system, not room by room.
What we handle
Straight answers
The questions homeowners actually ask us — answered the way we'd answer at your kitchen table.
Why is my house so dusty no matter how much I clean?
If dust comes back within a day or two, the system is usually circulating it — an undersized filter, duct leakage pulling in attic or basement air, or a filter slot that lets air bypass the media. Fixing it at the system beats fighting it room by room.
Do whole-home humidifiers actually make a difference?
In winter, yes — properly set, one takes a house from static-shock dry to comfortable, which your sinuses, your wood floors, and your instruments will all notice. It mounts on the ductwork and works with your existing furnace.
What does a UV light do?
Mounted at the indoor coil, it keeps biological growth from building up where the system is cool and damp — the main source of that musty smell when the AC starts. It's a set-and-forget install with an annual bulb change.
