Straight answers

The questions homeowners actually ask us — answered the way we'd answer at your kitchen table.

Should I repair or replace a 15-year-old furnace?

Our honest rule of thumb: if the repair runs more than about a third of the cost of replacement and the unit is past 12–15 years, replacement usually wins on math alone — newer equipment runs cheaper and the repair bills stop. If the unit is younger or the fix is small, we fix it and go.

Either way, you get both numbers in writing before you decide.

Why does my furnace turn on and off every few minutes?

Short-cycling is usually a clogged filter, a dirty flame sensor, or a unit that was oversized for the house on day one. The first two are quick fixes; the third is a conversation. A diagnostic visit can usually pin it down in one trip.

Do you work on boilers?

Yes. The older housing stock around Hatboro, Lansdale, and the Doylestown borough keeps us in steady boiler practice — radiators, circulators, zone valves, and the controls that run them.

How a visit works

Straight diagnosis, real options

What's wrong, what it costs, and what your options are — in writing, before any work starts.

Fixed, and stood behind

The work gets done right, by our own technicians — and if something's not right afterward, you call the office and we make it right.

Thinking about replacement?

We size the new system to the house — a proper load calculation, not a guess off the old unit's sticker — and give you your options in writing so you can decide without pressure.

We don't dress it up with financing offers or teaser rates — just an honest number for doing it right, from people who'll still answer the phone in ten years.

Straight quotes, no games

You'll know what's wrong and what it costs before we touch a wrench — and the quote you approve is the price you pay.
