What the forms collect

When you send a service request or a Home Care Club signup, we receive what you type: name, phone number, email if you give one, town or street address, and your description of the problem. We also record which page you sent it from. We use it to call you back and do the work, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

The website is hosted on Netlify, and Netlify's form service receives the submission and stores a copy so the office has a record. A notification is emailed to contact@libertyelectrichvac.com. Requests are kept as long as they're useful for servicing your home; ask and we'll delete yours.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used: how many people tapped the phone number, how many sent a request, which membership tier gets clicked. It uses cookies and collects the usual technical details (rough location from IP, device type, pages viewed). It does not receive the contents of your form submissions. You can block it with a browser setting or extension and the site works exactly the same.

Phone calls and email

Tapping the phone number places an ordinary call from your phone. Emailing us is ordinary email. Neither is recorded by this website.
