AC repair, service & installation
When the AC quits in July, you want a straight answer fast: what broke, what it costs to fix, and whether fixing it is actually the smart move. That's how we run every cooling call.
What we handle

Straight answers
The questions homeowners actually ask us — answered the way we'd answer at your kitchen table.
My AC runs but the house isn't cooling. What's wrong with it?
Usually one of three things: airflow (a dirty filter or blocked coil), refrigerant (a leak — the real fix is finding it, not just topping it off), or the outdoor unit not kicking on (often a capacitor or contactor). Some of those are 20-minute fixes; a leak is a bigger conversation.
We tell you which one you have — and what it costs — before any work starts.
How often should central AC be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in spring before the first heat wave. A tune-up catches weak capacitors, dirty coils, and low charge while it's still a small ticket — not on the year's hottest Saturday.
Is it worth repairing an older system on discontinued refrigerant?
Systems from the older-refrigerant era get progressively more expensive to keep alive, because the refrigerant itself is scarce. If yours is that vintage, we'll give you the repair number and the replacement number side by side and let the math do the talking.

Straight diagnosis, real options
What's wrong, what it costs, and what your options are — in writing, before any work starts.
Fixed, and stood behind
The work gets done right, by our own technicians — and if something's not right afterward, you call the office and we make it right.
Thinking about replacement?
We size the new system to the house — a proper load calculation, not a guess off the old unit's sticker — and give you your options in writing so you can decide without pressure.
We don't dress it up with financing offers or teaser rates — just an honest number for doing it right, from people who'll still answer the phone in ten years.
You'll know what's wrong and what it costs before we touch a wrench — and the quote you approve is the price you pay.
